Where?
This FREE personal development group is hosted at yellow and blue which is situated in Wrexhams town centre;
11 Henblas St, Wrexham LL13 8AE, United Kingdom.
When?
The group is on every Thursday 7 - 9pm.
What do we do there?
When you arrive you'll be greeted by Chris and Rhys who are qualified therapists and run the group, the group itself is safe, understanding and non-judgemental. This allows the sessions to run smoothly. During the sessions Chris and Rhys cover different aspects of personal development, these areas include;

Active Listening.

Understanding Perspectives.

Conflict Resolution.

Empathy.

Morale and Ethical Dilemmas.

Self Value and Understanding Of Self
These are some examples of what skills we try to develop on the night. However, we also open the group up and allow each other to discuss what is going on for the person and we are able to use the skills learned to help support the person that is opening up.
