Where we came from and where we're going..
How did this get founded?
An RAF veteran (Chris), and an ex-professional rugby player (Rhys), sat down and discussed the challenges they have faced and how counselling changed their lives for the better.
They decided that after becoming professionally trained therapists in their own rights, that they would make it their mission to help as many people as possible, everybody has a story and sometimes all we need is to be heard. This is why Phoenix Counselling Group was born, a vision of a future where the everybody has access to help within the workplace.
We have helped our clients break through many of the obstacles that are holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Where do we go from here?

We have plans to help the whole of North Wales and North West England businesses have access to help,
How can we do this? We will first start with ensuring the people of North Wales and North West England have access to therapy in the workplace.
whether this is through your business directly or a project set up by us either way, you need our help, as we can only grow as much as we're accepted and embraced.

We have already started our movement and it is going in the right direction, there are businesses in Wrexham that are already taking the first steps to help their employees and are seeing the benefits in their workplace.

Our alternative aims are to create a trauma centre for North Wales and by doing this we hope to help thousands of people that are struggling with traumatic backgrounds and PTSD. By doing this we hope that we can ensure the people of North Wales are catered for.
